SPEECH FLUENCY: Has anyone done a comparison of pauses using PRAAT versus manual coding?

We are looking for researchers who have used PRAAT software to code pauses (frequency and duration) using the TextGrid (silences) option. We did manual coding and found differences. Is there any published or unpublished work on this?
