Space is not just the next big thing in making money it is the next step in what we have to do as a society.  Our planet only has so much live in years and only so many people that it can support even thought we keep pushing that number with new technology it still has a limit.  The Earth will eventually spiral into the Sun if some other disaster like an asteroid does not take us out or at least throw us back to the stone age.

This means that there will have to be lots of companies that see the ultimate survival of the company is to be in the space business.   It will eventually be in every aspect of our lives from sending our kids to college to be space doctors, space pilots, space engineers, space lawyers, space cooks, space janitors, space teachers, space technology will be the future of Colleges as well.  I would anticipate a college on the Moon and one on Mars with in the next one hundred years if not before.

Our ability to get off this planet will be even in private space craft that have a gravity drive system developed to give gravity the correct feel on a space ship as to not have to worry about the adverse affects of low gravity or zero gravity on the body.

This will and has to be the next big venture to make money from people of the world that want so much but understand so little.  

I am not in favor of the move to make money off the space race that has to be coming but I understand that it will happen.

1) What commodities can be consider as "wealth" in space? One example may be the different precious metals which attract the attention of humans by the antiquity. 

3) How human can get benefit from space wealth? Humans can open new horizons, deepening their understanding and not repeating the mistakes of their ancestors. Time will tell.

The different aspects in the wealth of the space for the human being are several, but only mention for the moment some of them:

• In our solar system, find a planet similar to Earth or with characteristics that can be modified by colonization and modification of the environment, in order to make human life feasible in large populations, in a sustainable and long term. Example: Mars and some of the moons of Jupiter and Saturn.
• By means of Astronomy and the latest knowledge on Relativity Physics and Quantum Physics, in addition to all advanced technology already developed to explore the characteristics of the stars (soles and planets) closest to our solar system, select some planets and satellites Which have a high probability of having conditions for human life.
• When advanced "exploratory colonization" by groups of scientists, create receptacles or rooms encapsulated with controlled environmental conditions to allow human life for a certain time. In this way, make possible further "in situ" research of the terrain and atmosphere of the planet or satellite in question.
• Once space technology has been developed to travel long distances inside and outside our solar system, colonizing satellites and planets, creating small populations to explore the mineral wealth of these planets; That is, extractive mining of metals and precious stones.
• All of the foregoing would allow the extension and future life of the human race outside the Earth, giving feedback with its development to the aerospace technology, telecommunications and Artificial Intelligence, that learning automatically on its own development, would take all, more and more, To a higher level.

• Mediante la Astronomía y los últimos conocimientos sobre la Física de la Relatividad y  Física Cuántica, además de toda la tecnología de avanzada ya desarrollada para explorar las características de los astros (estrellas y planetas) más cercanos a nuestro sistema solar, seleccionar algunos planetas y satélites que tengan alta probabilidad de tener condiciones para la vida humana.
• Cuando se haya avanzado en la "colonización exploratoria" por grupos de científicos, crear receptáculos o habitaciones encapsuladas con condiciones ambientales controladas para permitir la vida humana por cierto tiempo. De esta forma, hacer posible mayor investigación "in situ" del terreno y atmósfera del planeta o satélite en cuestión.
• Una vez desarrollada la tecnología espacial para viajar grandes distancias dentro y fuera de nuestro sistema solar, ir colonizando satélites y planetas, creando pequeñas poblaciones para explorar la riqueza mineral de dichos planetas; esto es, minería extractiva de metales y piedras preciosas.
• Todo lo anterior permitiría la extensión y vida futura de la raza humana fuera de la Tierra, retroalimentando con su desarrollo a la tecnología aeroespacial, telecomunicaciones e Inteligencia Artificial, que aprendiendo en forma automática sobre su mismo desarrollo, llevarían todo ello,cada vez más, a un nivel superior.

The argument is knowing, and as i am architect,I agree with other perspective. and I believe in knowledge of space . when use experience on solving problems . and in architecture say;

The vision of space exploration may be the verification of negative space and positive space, and the possibility of turning the equation between them.

  Human space is based on an advanced generation that invests man, in his vision of him. Specific references are based on increased knowledge.

We are looking at investing knowledge to interpret according to multiple visions. The specialization of architecture helps in the correct interpretation of the scientific effort in it.
