Why to install heat detector in fire alarm system along with smoke detector ? and tell me which one is the best from following situation,
1- Smoke detector
2- Smoke detector and Heat detector separate devices
3- Combination of Smoke detector and Heat detector, (Multi sensor devices)

Heat detection and CO detection, used together with smoke detection, are often used in Fire Alarm Systems as a measure of limiting the false alarms in rooms, in which some kind of fumes may naturally occur (ie. car parks, some types of industry). In this way, the alarm treshold may be connected with both the obscuration density of smoke and threshold value of temperature (or usually the growth of temperature). Some systems also use fuzzy logic algorithms to decide if there is a fire, based on the status of both detectors. The logic of the sensor or the System may decide, that with small amount of smoke obscuration and no heat signal, the alarm is not issued.
If in such commodity you install only optical detector, you risk more false alarms. On other hand, the heat detectors are rarely used as the only sensor - it is done only in areas in which the environemnt is very aggressive (ie. tunnels - where often only Linear Heat Detector is used).
If you are to install smoke and heat detector as a separate devices, you probably should do it on separate lines and make some logic between the lines.
The heat detector itself is not that great when it comes to robustness of the detection though, i think a better solution is the Smoke/CO sensor or tripple Smoke/CO/Heat detection.
You should read more on the topic of "Test Fires" for Fire Alarm Systems, related to the sensors you are choosing - this will give you better overview of which system is applicable to your commodity. Design standards should also cover this (NFPA 72, EN 54-14).
