Someone having problem with divergent results between the areas obtained by QuanBrowser and Freestyle?

When I treat results using Processing Setup/Quan Browser I have results very different than I use Freestyle to obtein peak areas. I don't know wich result to trust.

I'm using a LCHRMS.
