In some cases, despite the obvious misconceptions of the reviewers, recommendation of some journals editors is merely based on these false opinion reviewers, they reject the article!!!!
for example, a reviewer wrote that authors did not refer to a formula, while the reference was given!!!
Is not this a major disadvantage for the magazines and the editor ?
If the reviewers' false comments are supposed to be a benchmark, what is the role of editors, associate editors or editor in chief?

The peer reviewed journal system is far from perfect. I have often had reviewers who did not understand my methodology (although I explained it clearly) or did not have sufficient English skills to understand my academic English.
In addition, many journals get WAY more submissions than they could publish, so they need to be selective.
If you feel that you have not feel fairly treated, send a respectful message to the editor and explain. Even if they do not change their minds, you will be giving them feedback on the process they use.

Editors and chief editors are observing the reviewers' decisions and act accordingly. Sometimes they are so loaded with work that any negative mention in the review urge them to reject the paper. sometimes they are even not aware of the recommendation. I remember a case that a reviewer recommended only an improvement of an article, and nevertheless, the editor decided to reject it. It is worth approaching the editor with a query about a rejection that you think is wrong.

Unfortunately, they did not respond to my email! I see that the editors are so busy, but who should do their duty?When the IF of a journal were high, some of editors do not care about the work of others and fill the magazine with their own articles.
