For the determination of pyruvate dehydrogenase, absorption coefficient of 2,6-Dichlorophenolindophenol is required. If anybody know this value please share with me?
thank u Arnab but i want universal formula for determining extinction coefficient,,,,,,, I also go through this page before.... but it seems to be less reliable to me...;;;
DETERMINATION OF PYRUVATE DEHYDROGENASE FROM MAMMALIAN (MICE) HEPATIC TISSUE , FOR THAT REASON EXTINCTION COEFFICIENT OF DCPIP AT PH 7.0 REQUIRED ..AND I GET DATA FROM THE PDF FILE [BBA] .... ACTUALLY DCPIP IS USED AS ELECTRON ACCEPT ER THERE IS ANOTHER PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING THE ACTIVITY OF PYRUVATE DEHYDROGENASE BY USING FERROCYANIDE BUT IT IS NOT VERY MUCH SENSITIVE ... AND AT LAST MY HEARTILY THANKS to Jean Rene Grezes Sir & Harry ten Brink Sir for solving this problem.
