I´m trying to assess the harmonization of Substantive Criminal Law in the UK in the last decades (not only in the Brexit period).
Probably there is no many interest on it, as UK can pick up the EU directives in this field and in 2013 UK went out from the former third pillar and it is mostly interested in cooperation measures. But anyway, there is nothing written about it?

The adaptation of Criminal provisions made bt the European Union to the UK legal system. This is called harmonization or also trasposition
