Does anyone know any software for data processing of XPS which can be formatted to include the coevolution of the peaks of the XPS spectrum?
Try the software CASA and it is free. It is as good as the software "Avantage". You can analyse the area, atomic % and many more data.
Dear Logudurai thanks one question my file is extension .xps the program XPSPEAK41 open this format archive, also no is possible export spectrum and your coevolution to ASCII.

Well I used this program XPSPEAK41 for treatment of XPS and coevolution are not exported to the file (*.dat) this is problem I have with it. I will like of the coevolution export from program XPSPEAK41. This is possible? Actually you can do given the coevolution of XPS in Sigma Plot.

I would say that the manual was a big help it is possible to export the co-evolution has to be careful in the import (*. dat) to other programs. You help very much.
