Totally agree with this interesting comment. One should slend time on something useful in life. The future is much more lromising than the past. We shouldn't waste our time on things that became part of past history. Work for the present and the future.

To add my little bit: The old might not yet be dead, but is expected to be inferior. Thus the new, superior, will promote itself by pure existence. So, the sooner the new is available, the sooner the old will fall into oblivion. (Although a bit of fighting is sometimes unavoidable.)
