I have a question regarding the effect of pv fluctuation in small signal stability(s.s.s) of the power system. I have seen a lot of literature concerning the effect of wind variation in the s.s.s of the system. They generally model the wind fluctuation as the well known weibull distribution. This fluctuation also lead to a lot of recent studies in stochastic stability.
So, the question is PV fluctuations can also be approximated (by some beta function or similar to that). So, How relevant is it to study the effect of these fluctuation with respect to s.s.s?
