You have to search availability of PDF positions in different labs of various universities of a particular country on internet. Before applying you must have 2-3 good publications in good journals.
You should also apply for Research Associateship /Post-doctoral fellowships available under projects in various labs. Look for these in leading newspapers and employment news .
