I am currently working on a topological system that have both classical and quantum behavior across a field range of 9T in σxx and σxy. Using MATLAB, I have performed a simultaneous fit on these two datasets (σxx and σxy) and obtained a single set of carrier densities and mobility values for both. To the best of my knowledge, I have optimized the trade-off to achieve a reasonable simultaneous fit, but I believe it could be further optimized. Improving the simultaneous fit would yield more accurate results for subsequent operations--extracting the WAL component, for example.
Does anyone have practical tips, experience or resources on this?
N.B.: Looking for practical help/tips, pointing to papers won't help much--I have probably read them all (the concept is pretty clear to me, the implementation is key).
Thanks in advance,
Best
