I'm currently working on the simulation of PV panels in MATLAB, and the equation that describes the diode saturation current is as follows:
I0= (Isc+ki*dt)/(exp((Voc+kv*dt)/(a*Vt))-1)
dt=T-Tn
Tn being the nominal cell temperature (25°C) while I'm not sure about the value of T. Is it the value of the cell junction temperature under the temperature and radiation conditions of the location where the PV panels in question are or is it the ambient temperature?
I would be very greatful if anybody can help. Thank you in advance !!

Thank you very much everyone !! I have another question related to the calculations of the series and parallel resistances: under which conditions of irradiance and temperature they should be calculated?
They are usually extracted from the datasheet under the standard conditions and their value changes with temperature check papers with title "PV System Behavior Based on Datasheet".
