For a real wrinkling probably is better use LS_DYNA than ANSYS, or AUTODYN (ANSYS software). But if you mean a buckling analysis on thin elements in ANSYS I just suggest to you to use SHELL163 with Belytschko-Tsay Membrane (KEYOPT(1) = 5). You have to make a structural analysis before and then attach a buckling analysis. If you search in ANSYS help everything is explaind in a good way.
