I believe that it is not allowed, as it against the copyright and the journals listed the cases in which you we can use the full text (lectures, sending privet copy to colleagues, ...)

The simple solution is to ask your publisher. Most of the time they agree. One asked me to wait for a year before uploading it. Only one refused, so I uploaded a summary of the article.
