There are many situations where the law is unable to have a say in recent world circumstances. This calls for a review and possible reccomendation of new criminal or illegal practices that so far avoid the mainstream judicial code.

Abduction of innocent children for example, or members of families, for retaliation to perceived unfairness in international moves and national issues, attacking ships in international waters (targeting international system) for "support" of bombings and violations of war cause- proportionality principle in Gaza are topics that involve "extreme rights promotion".

Retaliation in the name of fairness maybe a crime as well.

If the US takes a stand then the punishment of those who do it or the ceasing of these actions would be more effective.

On the other hand there must be some move on protecting the rights of those who assert this behavior so there is a balance.
