I thought that the Communist Germans were great in building walls, but it seems that now they found a coequal successor.
Eberhard Weber I would not be surprised if all the cheapest bids come from companies in Mexico. Then of course, the Mexicans are building the wall, but who is paying? I am not sure if the Chinese will be allowed to bid. They do have the historical advantage and experience.
