Data description:

N ~ 450 (~330 healthy + ~120 patients), 9 indicators with overall ok validity (I might remove the one with Cohen's d < 1 or even 1.25).

Issue:

The within-group correlations are higher than the recommended threshold ~0.45 - 0.49 (depending on the number of indicators), but equal for both groups.

Question:

Would you recommend to run Taxometric analysis on such data while keeping in mind that the analysis may underestimate the Non-dimensional (Taxon-based) solution?

Thank you!

M.
