Yes, definitely - I have run a course called Sustainability Accounting and Reporting since 2007 and such courses are critical for business students - not only are they able to gain knowledge of sustainability but also develop more generic skills. In fact, in my last lecture, I focus on the skills my studnets would have developed asa result of this course and highlight what differentiates them from other accounting graduates.
