The Designer's job is done. As I grew in the in the profession I realized there is more to what I was thought. I asked myself, what happens after the building is commissioned, how has my creation affected the daily lives of its occupants either positively or negatively, has their health and lifestyle improved greatly or depreciated after occupation looking from design perspective?

do we need to document these feedback and should it be made mandatory for study purpose?
