Patients with systemic mastocytosis are at higher risk of anaphylaxis. They are recommended to replace NSAIDs/COX2 by paracetamol, to avoid vancomycin and quinolones, to receive pre-medications before anesthesia, radiocontrast exposure and vaccination.
