Education is the largest container of all knowledge base line; however didactics is only one branch that aims to put theories of learning into practice. There is no best method in which learners/students attain knowledge, but the substantial role of learners is to have a disposition towards their learning, as the teacher is no more a transmitter, but a facilitater in the so- called learner centerdness. The teacher is a medium of intervening, faciliating, knowledge oriented to learners/ students. The learning outcomes in turn, will be the responsibility of both teacher and students. Acquiring knowledge is not only a responsibility of a teacher per see , still learners/students have to endorse what they have retained and recredit the insights of the different realms into practice.
Great question. It did lead to learning outcomes, but don’t forget that the society changes all the time and that’s why we change our curriculum and we add new methods. Yes, we did learn with the old methods, but the technology was different and all the historical events led to many changes over the past decades. Don’t forget that societies are vivid and whatever is vivid, it needs to keep up with its environment and its changes!
Although i endorsed your analysis and thesis, I think the method has potential and is therefore an asset-- and its not wise to disgsrd assets if you want to maximize results.
The still dominant learning paradigm is the industrial assembly line; digitization adds currently only the i-point to this economic stage.
It can not be ruled out that prudent data transformation management,
with respect to human learning processes, will alter this state in the coming decades and lead to open or multi-loop learning.
Such an approach would start in elementary school, after the basic cultural techniques (ABC, 123, technical skills) are mastered, i.e. further schooling would continue with project learning and project groups to solve real world problems In different fields.
