Dear all, I am looking for a 'SHORT and VALIDATED scale to measure OCCUPATIONAL STRESS in healthcare workers and laboratory staff working in hospital. The Occuational Stress Inventory Scale (OSI) and many other scales I came across in the literature are too long. I was thinking about using the 'New Brief Job stress Questionnaire (NBJS)-short version' but I noticed that this scale has mainly been used in Asia, which makes me hesitant to apply this in my research (Europe).
