Sentinel-2 data after scl-based cloud masking?

After applying a scl-cloud masking, there are of course cloud affected data left. Is there a discussions/research if there are methods utilizing the blue, coastal_aerosol or the water_vapour band for a kind of cloud probability or a kind of additional masking?
