I've a question regarding lipid oxidation - there are secondary products with truncated chains (like PoxnoPC and PazePC). The question is if they are stable, since I can't find any publication regarding the problem.
Lipid peroxidation reactions continue depend on the composition of fat and conditions and is unstable as it can disintegrate
Luay A. Al-Helaly
You're right Luay, but there are primary products (which are most probably unstable) and secondary products. The second are stable or unstable ?
I agree with Luay..
Sameer M. Yaseen
Any paper then, that secondary products are unstable, otherwise your words are out of thin air.
to my knowledge the product is unstable so it is difficult to measure thank you
