Hi everyone, I am searching for short (20-30 items or less) and self-reported questionnaires assessing psychopathy with good psychometric properties. I need also some cut-off scores that can give me the possibility to classify participants presenting "high psychopathy traits" from "low psychopathy traits". Thank you very much for your help.

Mark's suggestion is good. You may also want to check out the following options.
(1) The Levenson Psychopathy Scale, first introduced in 1995, is pretty widely used. Its 26 items are supposed to measure both primary and secondary psychopathy. I've attached the original article, which contains all the items.
(2) There has been a lot of recent research into the so-called Dark Triad of personality: Machiavellianism, Narcissism, and (subclinical) Psychopathy. I've attached an article introducing a short measure for all three. It contains 41 items in all, of which 15 are for Psychopathy. (But depending on what you are studying, you might want to consider including the other two scales.)
(3) Eysenck's Psychoticism scale, despite its name, is closer to Psychopathy than anything else. It is part of the EPQ-R. The full-length scale has about the number of items you're after. What's nice about it is that the item content is non-pathological. That is, it gets at the construct a little less directly/obviously, which can be an issue if your participants don't want to 'fess up to misbehavior. I've attached an article that includes the items.
The Lilienfeld & Andrews scale and the Mahmut et al. scale are also pretty well-regarded, but probably too long for your purposes.
