thank you very much for the link! Your extra hint is also interesting! I want to apply the SF-36 to a clinical population of patients with narcolepsy and cataplexy. We intend to explore factors that influence the HRQoL. The thesis affects the research field of behavioral therapy, especialy.emotion regulation strategies.

There is a database in English for searching about for Patient Reported Outcome and Quality of Life instruments. Perhaps you can find specific questionnaires for measuring QoL in patients with narcolepsy and cataplexy. The link is at the button of this message. I hope this helps to your research project. 

Regarding the SF-36, I am familiar with the questionnaire, I worked with this tool five years ago in patients with renal failure. Happy to provide any feedback or information you require.
