I am trying to construct a comprehensive list of open-access journals which concerns about learning theory. I put three criteria for the journals which may included in the list:
1. open-access: both for authors and for readers.
2. Indexed by well known databases: SCOPUS, EBSCO, Google Scholar, and others.
3. Addresses learning theory in its main topics: priority for online, technology and AI driven ideas such as Connectivism.
I appreciate any help to construct the list. Many thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, these resources do not allow us to select journals of specific interests, for example learning theories. I hope other researchers help us in finding a trusted database which allow us to search for journals in specific interests.
