I am looking for the optimal condition to drive the screwdriver via a reference point (RP). A partition that halves the tool and a small circle were tried out to connect the RP. The problem with the halves partition was, the left side with result pressure load was burdened but the right side not. In the small circle method, the circle turn into his own component.
The model is in the cyclesym. method created. The Load on RP is a moment with 5000N/mm^2. Some Pictures in attached.
I attain ok solutions with a rigid body model for screwdriver, but its not the realistic model.
I hope someone can help me.

Niklas, I don't get your model. Add a real figure of your model.
What is your constraint coupling to transfer the force to screw? Because the coupling between RP and slave nodes play an important role in this model.

the model mean, a overview on the screw head in 2D. I tested out, witch screw head is the best into Stress field, Strain, deformation and so on. I created the model in Cycle symmetric to calculate faster. The two quarter circle that you can see on the model is the screw head. The block on the middle is the screwdriver (With a middle partition).
The BC save the displacement and rotation of the screw head and i connect this BC with the outermost circle (Picture BC). I create a reference point on the rotation axis and coupling the RP and the screwdriver block with the constraint (Rigid body). And i tested out, how it work when i coupling the mittle partition line with the reference point with MPC constrain. The same constrain i tested on the small circle that you can see in the Masterpost picture. The Load is a moment that attacks at the RP.
For the contact i create for both side a extra Kontakt. That the calculator get it easier.
May I ask you what is the goal of your simulation? I mean, structural integrity assessment or other?
My goal is to build a nearly realistic model of public screw head to asses what factor is important to transfer the most moment with the smallest deformation or stress tips for example. I am quite new in the FEM and contact simulations and this theme teaches me a lot.
