How i can digest scratch off ink ? I mean the ink or the coating which is used by cell phone recharging cards, lottery cards or to hide any code on cards. Digestion needed to run the sample on AAS.

I believe that microwave digestion with nitric acid should do it. Wouldn't expect to find many high reduction potential metals there. However, instead of nitric acid consider aqua regia depending on your specific targets.

Do oxidation of scratched mass. Try perchloric acid or nitric acid or their mixture for digestion in teflon vessel.
Jahan, teflon decomposes at temperatures above about 330 C. You should only use it for microwave assisted digestion.
One other thing, if you are not experienced with digestions (oxidations) of solids or have help from someone who is, I do not recommend you to use perchloric acid. Stick to the nitric.
