We sometimes see a journal is indexed in Scopus or another journal is indexed in PubMed. In that case it makes us puzzle to choose which one is better in publishing articles related to medicine/health. Should we consider publishers in this case or any other factors that we should consider.
PubMed is search engine for biomedical and life sciences literature. It search only specific database such as MEDLINE, PubMed Central (PMC) and Bookshelf. And other side Scopus also included journals from the Physical Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities too.
If you are from biomedical/health science fields, should prefer the PubMed Indexed Journals. All biomedical/health sciences journals indexed in Scopus are not included in PubMed. but also from the Physical Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities. The process for including a journal in PubMed Search Engine (MEDLINE, and PMC) is very high standards rather to Scopus. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/pub/addjournal/

I totally endorse what was said by Shivendra Singh . In the medicine business, I would definitely look at Pubmed/Medline first for literature in a particular topic.
