I want to share my experience about a group called Scientific Tree, who claim they prepare the conferences and open discussions. I have registered for mass spectroscopy conference in Paris, but one day before starting the conference they sent us an email that the conference is cancelled. from September until now, they didn't refund us. I have found it is a fake group whose announce for conferences, but not real conferences. Be careful about them and please share it to inform all. I attached the first page, the next conference and their contact number.

Few years ago, a friend of mine (a professor) received an invitation to a conference in a European country other than France. The invitation contained beautiful pictures of the "assumed" site of gathering & an hotel. The participant was asked to send 1000 US $ to confirm booking. He did that & found ,later, that it was a hoax so his money was lost.
What is so strange is that these "crooks" usually do not get caught & punished as if they have protection by a "vague" safe haven for them. Therefore, my RG colleagues have to be more careful about e-mails & the social media because "traps" are set there.
If you see the picturs of the ex- conferences, you will find, they are the same. They put the name of some famous Professors and attract us. I wish there were some organization to report such companies.
