there are many professors who publish papers every week even if they don't do any work in this papers. What is the reason to write a professor name in your paper from your perspective?

Comparing Einstein with today's scientists and professors would not be justified for me. I believe Einstein was a gem during his days...the days when sophisticated machines were not available as it is today. Also, the people in the research field was less too. Almost all the things were done either by him or a very few students of him.
But the present scenario is really different...with the collaborative works of various institutes, universities; the interest of the people, the sophisticated machines and database all around ...it is now easy to publish a paper quickly.
However, the originality of the work, how far facts and true data are used in that work, or whether the work done is authentic or not would be definitely cross checked by the reputed journals and any discrepancies found, they would be eliminated from the list of journals.
In some cases including a Professor increases the chance of acceptence of the paper. Thats why they are included to increase the chance of publishing.
one of the reasons why including the name of the professor in a research article is as branding that the article that has been made has a certain quality standard
