There is no real understanding of gravity in main stream physics.

I have developed a new theory of gravity within the "daon theory" where the numerical value of G is calculated and a perfect understanding of gravity emerge.

"Between the lines" of this theory there is a clear possibility to make an artificial gravity device. It's rather simple (using a specific magnetic configuration) , it's very possible that the device you are speaking about could have developed a magnetic effect giving an artificial gravity.

Science is not always rational, and there is the phenomenon of paradigms. As long as one paradigm is en vogue, and “important” people are invested in that theory, the community does not accept anything new. When the older generation dies, or sometimes just one dominant professor disappears from the scene, then there is space (emotional/intellectual as well as literally space in journals, symposia etc) for new insights to come into view.

This is very much the case in physics where for decades now experiments show unexpected results that do not tally with the results predicted by the dominant theory. That is explained away by inventions to wit black holes, anti-matter, big bang and so forth. As some colleagues call it, phantasy physics.

To understand gravity, I think people have to think of the universe as a giant black hole. And I opt for the possibility that the universe is a giant black hole neutron. I even think that Einstein's equations for gravity illustrate that the universe is a black hole. The proof is that Schwarzschild's solution of these equations resulted in the Schwarzschild radius for a cosmological black hole! A topic for debate! I asked a technical question on RG "Do you think the universe is just one giant neutron considered a black hole?"

Are people sure that there have not been any laboratory experiments that are at least somewhat similar to this experiment and that no one has talked about until now, and have been for more than two decades?

I think this kind of experiment, and there are certainly others similar, that can only be explained using quantum gravity! Knowing that I am for incorporating quantum gravity to solve the problem of determining the radii of protons and neutrons!

as far as I know, none of the "Three Podkletnov-Experiments"

have been repeated either successfully or faulty since 1997.

Rumours around 1997 said, that the NASA tried to repeat the experiment.

But with no result.

In the first decade an additional reason might have been,

that the technique of preparing the needed large composite superconductive disc was too difficult and did not work

for regular laboratories.

Later, the miscredit of the involved scientists as FRINGE-Physics might have taken their role to keep other scientists a way.

Breakthroughs in physics require the people who are behind them to have a lot of courage, patience, and determination, i believe that soon it will appear a light to this subject that you treat here, Good Courage! Soon i will add many other responses to help to erclar this subject to people. In my side I also try to expline to people, through my papers mentioned on RG that the two small radii of the proton (0.8409 fm and 0.8356fm) resulting from Randolph Pohl's team experiments in muonic hydrogen and deuterium are new constants of a unified physics but this latter takes them as two new constants in link with the value of the proton of 0.8758fm mesured before 2010. Also this two radii of the proton are enigmatic! Who knows maybe they could create new phenoenon in physics not known yet if yes may be there are points in common between the subject that you treat and the possible effects of the two enigmatic radii of the proton that current theories of physics cannot solve?

In my theory for new physics I opted for quantum gravity. In fact I concider protons and neutrons are black holes. I use the equation of the Schwarzschild radius to calculate their radii. For me this kind of experiments (Podkletnov Experiments) modify the radius of the protons of the material used and make them smaller compared to their regular (natural) size (electronic size). According to the equation of the Schwarzschild radius the mass of the protons become less. The attraction forces between the "small protons" and the other objects become less strong compared to the attraction forces between the "regular protons and the same other objects" due to a lower mass for the protons which have receive these experiments via the material wich form them. That is what I think. Experiments should confirm or not.
