What od you mean? There is no need or it doesn't matter where the satellite dish is purchased, as well to use a us address. Direct tv is available in all of Latin America and the Caribbean and all have to pay a monthly fee. (similar to cable or Dish?

Maybe it will be a researchable topic if you have to add variables such as its connectivity and impact consumerism...Tere is no question at all where that disc was purchased and to whose name and addres was used..
