If I have 2000 original data, then I have to deduct most of them based on exclusion criteria that I have chosen. The remaining data will be my samples (about 150). What type of sampling design (probability/non-probability) is this? and type of sampling?

Although it is not completely clear what your inclusion/exclusion criteria are, this is most probably a non-probability, purposive sample. However, if the original 2,000 were randomly selected with the intent to have a sufficiently large sub-sample (your 150) that was representative of this sub-sample, you may not be violating the random selection of the original design. In that case, your 150 could be a probability sample.
Rather than excluding data, it is better to use a constrained method where you try to express only that component of variation that can be explained by the available environmental data
