I am developing a new module in my NeuroExpress patch clamp analysis program. This module will analyze voltage-gated ionic currents acquired in whole-cell patch clamp mode. I would appreciate if someone can provide sample recordings in ABF (Axon Binary Format) that I can test in my program. As an example, a recording that contains K- or Ca-currents evoked with voltage pulses of incrementing level (activation protocol). The files should contain the transmembrane current and the holding/command potential trace. I would be also interested, how the leakage steps are stored in the ABF file.
