The Sample preparation was done via wet digestion method. 0.4g of soil sample was used. O.4g soil sample digestion was done in 30ml soultion of HNO3 and HCLO4 i.e.10 ml of 70% HCLO4 and 20ml of 65% of HNO3. After heating it on hot plate the sample is then diluted by adding 30ml of Deionized water. The final volume of the sample was 62 ml after filtration. I just want to know how can I calculate the actual concentration of calcium in 62ml solution.

the concentration value, as you said, is 0,820ppm. ppm says nothing but, if you use the correct units of concentration, every thing is clear: 0,820ppm means, in fact 0,820mg/L which further means that you have 0,82 mg of Ca in one liter of solution. Now you can calculate how much do you have in 0, 062L ( yours 62mL).

I think you should used volumetric flask after digestion to determine accurate volumetric. In case, if the volumetric after digestion is accurate 62 mL, the concentration of calcium in the sample will 0.820*62/0.4=127.1 ppm. I recommend you should weight 0.4g o soil sample, digestion by 30 mL solution of HNO3 and HClO4, after heating it on hot plate, transfer the sample to a volumetric flask and dilute to mark using to water (100 mL or 50 mL). Filter. In there 62 mL is changed 100 mL or 50 mL
Simple calculation!
(0.820 ug/mL or ppm X 62 mL)/0.04 g = 127.1 ug/g of soil or ppm total.
