We are trying to solve some very specific algorithm development issues pertaining to Markov models for large state spaces namely:

The process of building a Markov chain with covariates (parameterised model) and creating a logistic link from multidimensional data.

If anyone has knowledge or experience of building these modes or has access to sample code ideally in R, we have specific issues for which would appreciate your assistance.
