Does anyone have experience or came across any paper in which s2 cells were treated with Poly IC. I just want to know is it possible to treat s2 cells with poly IC. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated

Not Poly IC but there is a study of Poly I use. May be it will be helpful to you just go through it.

I think Poly IC will also work as they work as ligand for TLR 3 activation which is dsRNA and Poly IC analog of dsRNA.
