Check the www.bioone.org and find a list of journals which publish mainly Agriculture journals with impact factor starting from 0.1 to on ward. Another source is to check journals on science direct, springer, blackwell synergy and oxford university press webpages and check agriculture journals online. You can also find in google search engine  using 'isi journal list 2013 with impact factor pdf' as key words. Hope it will e helpful

Thanks for your complete explain. I can not  find some good journals for our paper subject; plant protection by natural and bio-pesticides that it have moderate Impact Factor and fast publishing time. Although thanks for your message.

There are many journals having a quick response and are indexed accordingly. The most important point before deciding to publish in it is to check the history of the paper which is normaly written into the first page of the paper, and that will tell you the truth. Moreover, you have to take three random recent published paper before judging it .

Based on my knowledge is that

MDPI publisher which has hundreds of journals and most of them are indexed by thomson and scopus but you should check beforehand.

Some of the Mdpi journals are free but few.

Most of Elsevier journals are a rapid and free. Though the acceptence rate in it is about 10 to 20 % and that is a real nightmare . You should make an effort before submission.
