Hi All, I am doing reverse transcriptase enzyme assay using Invitrogen RT assay kit. I used M-MuLV RT enzyme (at various concentration) as a standard to plot the standard graph but I am facing a problem that all the concentration are showing equal amount of fluorescence when read in ELISA reader and I was not able to plot the standard graph. Can any one knows about this problem? whether I can use the same M-MuLV RT enzyme or I should go with some other RT enzyme? kindly post ur comments and suggestions
