RPL dodag construction using of(0) and mrhof?

Can anyone explain with the same example difference between etx and of(0) calculation for selecting a path towards root in RPL?

In of(0) shortest path is considered simply by hop count which is considered as rank how rank is calculated for etx(I know its hop count + some hysteresis.

Explain with the help of some figure.
