RNeasy PowerPlant Kit, Qiagen is quite good, for high quality RNA, HiPurA plant and Fungal RNA maxiprep is also ok ...or you can opt for tRIzol RNA isolation method, for high quality and quantity RNA... haven't used NucleoSpin RNA Plant and Fungi, Macherey-Nagel, so have no idea..
