Rietveld refinement was done by using Highscore Plus software. I got goodness of fit value is 0.6, is it acceptable?

By the mathematical definition of Goodness of Fit :

GOF = Rwp ÷ Rexp

Considering that Rwp cannot be smaller than Rexp, subsequently GOF never can be smaller than 1. Your refinement needs correction, something went wrong. I can help you with this, feel free to reply.
