Hi all,

Here I am stuck with a problem. I have a fungal culture maintained on slant. it seems that it has gone non viable as it is not responding to any kind of sub culturing. I have a very little culture with me so cannot take a risk of extensive sub culturing. The organism is Aspergillus oryzae and it is a non sporulating mutant.it has been subcultured 5 minths back . Can anyone suggest any method or technique that should be used in this scenerio.

It is like searching needle in the hay. I just want one viable mycelia anyhow.
