Aysha Shahid from the mid-1990s globalization requested a lot of endeavors, aptitudes and assets – from private and open associations in created and creating nations – to empower directors, administrators, open officers and analysts to manage another reality and comparing difficulties (Boddewyn, et al, 2004:196).
International management is the practice of managing business operations in more than one country. International Management professionals are familiar with the language, culture, economic, political environment, and business practices of countries in which multinational firms actively trade and invest. They also have the conceptual and analytical skills needed to formulate effective management strategies and policies to benefit all the firm’s constituents in today’s globally competitive environment (Kedia, 2006:5).from the mid-1990s globalization requested a lot of endeavors, aptitudes and assets – from private and open associations in created and creating nations – to empower directors, administrators, open officers and analysts to manage another reality and comparing difficulties (Boddewyn, et al, 2004:196).

I propose the following research topic: The development of transnational corporations in the era of post-Covid crisis and transformation of international supply and supply logistics chains.
Your general theme, "Female international entrepreneurship" seems really great.
Some pieces of advice. First, remember that a research topic should be both (sufficiently) unique and important, to make suitable it for a PhD. The contribution potential depends on both dimensions, and sometimes involve a tradeoff between them.
Second, contribution also depends on novelty (an aspect of uniqueness), and can be in terms of theory and/or empirics. It is typically easiest to provide empirical novelty; examine an already studied phenomenon using an existing theory, but in a new empirical context.
I would also recommend that you proceed with a literature review research (in Research Gate, Google Scholar etc.) about female entrepreneurship in international business using a variety of combinations of key words such as "women international business" or "women multinationals" or "female international business" or "women international entrepreneurship" etc. Then study the relevant literature and try to find a topic suitable to your accademic objectives. Best of Luck.
Participation of women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in international trade is gaining more importance in the transformation of institutional changes. Although women entrepreneurs contribute to the social and economic development, the role of social, cultural, and legal institutions in fostering women entrepreneurship is still debatable. This argument remains controversial as there is no single theory that has explained the phenomenon of women-owned firms in international trade. Because of the missing link between gender sensitivity and the existing theories of entrepreneurship and internationalization, there is a significant research gap. To fill up this research gap, this study revisited existing theories from three research domains: feminism, entrepreneurship, and internationalization. Factors derived from revisiting theories of entrepreneurship and internationalization were evaluated based on findings from the review of the feminist theories. Finally, key parameters were selected to assess the internationalization of women-owned SMEs, which require future empirical investigation.
