Can you please link me with research which shows how the person of the trainer influences learning outcome in adult education? (yes, I presuppose there must be something...)
When I was at primary school, I recall two teachers who did nothing other than inspire me. Maybe it was just luck, but more than anything else those two teachers really cared about us and made it a pleasure to be in their class.
That, to me, is the "magic" formula - kids and teachers that enjoy one another's company. That's where the learning really starts.
Dear Robin Benson, thank you for your note! If talking about school, I remember in 7th grade I got a question from a treacher, where it was about inventing an answer and not about finding out the answer. I remember the question and the excitement I can invent an answer myself, THAT was inspiration!
In this request, I'm searching for research on adult education :) Any ideas on that?
