I am planning to do research that I hope to publish in a SSCI journal. My university is not definite on requiring their Reserach Ethics Committee approval. I have published in a few journals in SSCI that never asked for this approval.
Which journals require me to submit the Reserach Ethics Committee approval documentation? How do I know which journals do not do that? WOuld all SSCI Q1 journals ask for it?

I would recommend that you do it unless it would be too time-consuming or too hard or just impractical. It definitely makes your work more easily to publish in the future if you need. It is almost always required in higher level journals and I have found more and more journals state that requirement very directly, even if your organisation/institution is a little equivocal about this issue.
