For my research purpose I require pure zinc oxide(ZnO) powder XRD data in the raw format or csv. There is no file requirements except the important ones like 2thetha, intensity,step size, target,lamda etc. If the xrd data is published then the link to the publication will be appreciated. As I require many pure ZnO xrd data more the merrier
It would be beneficial to get more information about the meaning "for my research purpose I require..." because I don't really get it why do you think you need as many as possible XRD data especially in papers the shown resolution won't help you. Finally, XRD data are the result of the crystal structure description so that from my point of view a clearly better way would be a comparison of crystal structure descriptions. If you insist to use XRD that use software like PowderCell to calculate the resulting crystal structure data. The big advantage of simulation is that the used parameters like peak broadening with increasing theta, the wave length, peak shape, diffraction geometry etc are identical. If you would use experimental data, they already will change only with the used setup of the instrument.
But maybe, you have something else in mind. Then better tell us so that we can think how to help you in an appropriate way.
I second Gert Nolze's answer - what do you hope to accomplish by having "many pure ZnO xrd data"? Pure ZnO xrd data should not change much, with the exception of having different crystallinities and therefor some change in the patterns. Is that what you hope to accomplish - comparing different crystallite sizes and other factors?
you can get it but need to two things install a free program called VESTA download or make structure file for your compound
Go to utilities and select powder diffraction pattern
in my knowledge this is the only free program which can predict the XRD data up to high accuracy
VESTA is a good program, but Mercury also simulates powder XRD quite well
